• Paris oozed timeless elegance and easy glamour as designers were inspired by both the 1980s and the 1940s.

• An Androgynous mood was also noted as masculine tailoring and oversized outerwear were teamed with delicate silks and lace.

• A relaxed aesthetic saw the use of goddess draping, raw-cut edges and throw-on silk dresses, as well as sloping shoulder-lines and cocooning outerwear.

• Mark making and natural textures are always a print favourite - we love the mix of strong highlight colours and paint effects, which look particularly great when scaled down.

• Add interest to geometrics by momrphing and manipulating graphic motifs to create an evolutionary effect. Look to MC Escher for inspiration and use bold, constrating colours.
